What framework you use to make decisions?

When it comes to deciding in a known situation, I consider relevant experiences, cause and effect, take into account a logical framework, and weight all cons and pros based on the goal. In solving, analyzing, and making decisions in the familiar and known situation that somehow we have been through before, experiences and knowledge are one of the primary keys to success. The problem is how to decide and react on time when it comes to an unknown situation. By having a position to practice making decisions, we will get better even when facing new and unpredictable moments. I will consider the following steps. In the first step, I will make sure that my goal is clear. Secondly, I attack the problem logically by doing research. Surely I will get advice from experts in that field. Also, I think it is crucial to set a due-date to make my decision. Besides, to avoid conflict, I believe acting with transparency as a team player and leader matters the most. In the process, I have to weigh the pros and cons, consider and predict all possible outcomes. Considering having plan B is necessary if my plan does not work to be able to react on time.
